The staff were very nice and helpful. Location is good. 7eleven, fruit stands, dozens of street restaurants, a fantastic BBQ area with 6 mini restaurants, a bar and live music, an absolutely amazing massage place (full body oil for php 300), currency exchange bureau (better exchange rate than what I had at Manila airport), 25 min walk from San Pedro and 35 from Pier 1. If you are expecting a Ritz-Carlton quality....well it's not quite that. The walls are thin, so bring your earplugs, limited shared area space, no RP speaking hotel servive. But, price to quality ratio is solid 10/10. You get your own capsule with a fan. What else do you need for USD7? If you're a solo traveller or a young couple that values price over quality then it's a place for you. Not a place for a family with young kids or if you prefer fancy. Otherwise I would have left immediately. The experience taught me to be very careful to select hotels with working elevators. Their building has no elevator.
