This is the type of hostel you go to make friends. To have great conversations and meet special people. It make me feel like couchsurfing or backpacking 10 years ago. The best of this place is Mark the owner and his wife, whom I havent got the name. But they were the friendliest and most helpful ever. Great for open minded people, backpackers and easy going travellers. Loved it.

The hostel still has its authentic wooden plank floorings beside the river. Complimentary coffee/tea and a refrigerator. There is sheltered parking for motorcycle in front of the hostel. Walking distance to the local night food market near Phitsanulok train station. Sunny will give advise on places to visit.

Room was large. Very clean. With a good wifi. Simple check in / check out procedures. Close to bus station for sukkhotai.
