It is hostel and it should be evaluated as. Breakfast offering was great (self made with hostel supplied food). Staff very friendly.

With scenic views of Calafate´s mountains and lake, this hostel is a 7-minute walk from downtown Calafate. It features accommodation with floor heating, free Wi-Fi, communal kitchen and laundrette. really nice view also they helped me with excursions and bbq was awesome!

Extremely well located. Close enough to downtown but far enough to keep the noise level out. Some people may not know but Bariloche is A CITY. And Calle Mitre’s surroundings at night can get very loud and lively. This is not an issue at Nina. For the most part the staff was pretty awesome. Breakfast was pretty good tbh. I felt there were options, there were eggs self service, a toaster and different breads and honey, jams & peanut butter… I was satisfied and ready for my daily adventures. Pool was immaculate although I didn’t get to use it.

Situated in San Carlos de Bariloche, 700 metres from Bonita Beach, Alaska Patagonia Hostel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Had an amazing experience. We joined the asado on a tuesday night, the food that Santiago prepared was so good! We had such a fun time with the other people in the hostel and the staff. A true Argentinian experience. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the stuff you need. The bathroom was quite new and the shower was nice.

Our second stay here. It's one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed in. You can see that they work hard to maintain it. The location is great and a short walk to the town and a supermarket just down from the hostel. The owner Andy is really friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend if going to El Calafate. The only thing to note is that it says that breakfast is included but this consists of biscuits and small dried tostadas and jams.

Situated in San Martín de los Andes and with Playa San Martin reachable within 1.8 km, Bike Hostel features a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Staff were so friendly and helpful, had a nice relaxed social vibe and good breakfast each morning. The kitchen was well equipped and the garden was really nice. Would definitely recommend!!

Set in San Carlos de Bariloche, Hostel Hormiga Negra has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Super well-thought out hostel with an incredible view of the lake. Clean and tidy all the time and lots of hang out areas and games for socializing. The kitchen also had lots of spices for use-- a definite plus!

Overall nice and cozy, the dining room is small but the kitchen is a good size, the living room is big and bright with big windows, nice and warm at night. The bed was super comfortable and with lots of blankets. They keep the place very clean and the volunteers are very friendly and helpful. Location was nice, the edge of town so not too crowded but just a few blocks from the store.
