I personally think it was one of the best I have been. The staff was superb. Starting at check-in when Virgine showed me around nicely. Also the other staff (Redd and Ezra) are amazing people who make you feel welcome the moment you enter the hostel. Moreover, the living room and the backyard is a big hangout spot to meet new crowds and build friendships, with for me as a solo traveler is one of the most important things. Great location, safe car park, comfortable bed, good size apartment. Staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful.
The best hostel ever!!! Pedro the housekeeping manager and Victor are amazing! Thai from the desk is brilliant! That is why I extended 3 times!
The place is good to socialise and meet new people..it's super close to the southern cross, that's why I chose the hostel in the first place. The staff was super friendly
Great location, spacious, clean and safe. Succeed our expectations
Well, you get what you’re paying for… because it is very cheap. Good place for backpackers because of the location, close to trainstation, the city and it’s on the 1th floor of a pub with live gigs. I liked the hostel with its old and grungy style. On my day of arrival I smelled a lot of weed in one of the rooms and some signed posters of music bands. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was oke for this price.
The quantity is high and cleaner than similarly priced youth hostels. It is safe to have separate bathrooms for men and women.
At the lower price was expecting something a bit cheap and similar to a backpackers. I was surprised by how nice the room was. Clean and comfortable in a great location, plenty to do nearby and a great view of the river and Southbank
