The room was clean and comfortable. I arrived before 7 a.m. The room of course was not ready for me but I could take a hot shower in the ground floor bathroom, which was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The hostal is a short walk from many good restaurants in Sopocachi, the main road where I could take buses to the city centre and two teleferico lines.

We booked this property with a group of eight travelers. With eight individual beds, and bathrooms that accommodated all of our group, this was the perfect place for us to stay! We flew into La Paz for a mountaineering trip, and many of our flights landed early in the mornings. The host, Oscar, was top notch and very amenable to setting up shuttle rides for our group members and gear bags. He was also super attentive to all of our needs during our stay. Whether it be refilling water jugs, or currency exchange, Oscar was the best host!!

You can play billiards at the hostel. Almost all the personal were incredible! Had wonderful time in this party (but mainly social) hostel. Restaurant and beverages are great, the animation always on top and common area regularly cleaned. Bar is closed between 1:00 and 1:30 so don't expect to have a calm atmosphere until then but after it is very calm and easy to rest until next morning.
