The bathroom was bigger than any hostel I have been in and extremely clean and well equipped. The room was big, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you might need during your stay. I was also allowed to check in early and have a late checkout which helped tremendously as I arrived very early in the city. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with anything, including giving some tips on transportation and where to eat. Would definitely stay there again if I return to the city!

Although it is said that this area has become less safe due to the recent situation in chile Jean guided us on the dos and don’ts and we felt very safe.
