We felt at our ease immediately. The room was very spacious and the bed huge which is a good thing when your toddler is sleeping with you :) Kitchen corner is very well furnished, you can properly cook there! The terrace and hamac were very cool. The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool very nice. Surroundings are amazing !

Located around 700 metres from New Kite Beach, the hostel with free WiFi is also 2.3 km away from Kite Beach. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and an ATM for guests. Excellent hostel in Cabarete! Straight by the beach! The owners are very friendly and I will come back here if I'm ever again in Cabarete! 🙂

I was so pleased with my experience at Villa Mar Sosua that I ended up staying twice more on my 3 week trip traveling around the DR! BEAUTIFUL property, cutely decorated rooms, and very kind staff. As a solo female traveler in the DR for my very first time, I was a bit nervous about safety - and I felt SO SAFE here on this property. Parking was easy, and they have a restaurant on site too (though I didn't end up getting to try it).
