The location was close to Odawara Castle, JR station, convenience stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and they provided clear steps for the self-check in/out process. There was hot water, microwave, toaster and additional amenities (such as coffee, tea, soup powder) which were shared on the 3rd floor, but easy to access and was great. Room was pretty spacious too and loved the window views.

Well located in the Naka Ward district of Yokohama, Chillulu Hostel is located 4.5 km from Sankeien, 12 km from Nissan Stadium and 18 km from Motosumi-Bremen Shopping District. The 1-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom and free WiFi. The property is 500 metres from Yokohama Marine Tower, and within 300 metres of the city centre. Property owner was extremely kind and helpful. The location was in the centre of the fantastic Chinatown in Yokohama, yet was very quiet and relaxing. Towel included, and great toiletries and coffee etc available to use. Also loved the cosy music!

It looked new and clean and had everything that would make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. While it was a bit far to get to it - there are free bus shuttle services from Kawasaki Staton (check hotel website for timing and pick-up location) Big and spacious hotel lobby, and staff were able to communicate in English - at least the few that I interacted with. Check-in was strictly at 3pm - and if you wanted to check in earlier - you could but for a small fee. The room was spacious, clean and I had a great window view that overlooked the Tama River. There was a kettle, sleepwear, towels, toiletries, small fridge, slippers, adequate number of power outlets to charge your devices. The hotel has a small gym, laundry room, vending ice machine, iron and ironing boarded too. They even have a male/female public bath with a nice view - at least for the Men’s The hotel also offers free shuttle services from the hotel to the airport. You can ask for the timing at the front desk -and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Terminal 2 - and takes about 15 minutes to get to Terminal
