Great location on a busy street, but minimal traffic noise. Comfortable beds and nice to have Sky Sports (pity Wellington lost lol).

The seafront location. The friendly atmosphere. The comfortable mattress. The chatty manager, Arthur. It's rather like an old style youth hostel, with the friendly vibe and the alcohol ban, but without the other YHA restrictions.

Great location. Good budget hotel that provides comfortable bed and hot shower for an overnight stop over if you are on the road.

Great location, staff excellent, room was a little small but bed comfy and not too noisy. Lovely balcony to watch the sunset and have a drink. The shower wasn’t great and there was no kitchen sink to wash dishes so we did them in the bathroom. We are a young couple so had a fun time regardless, the price is great for the location, and the bed was comfy. The staff gave us the same room for an extra night as I’d messed up the booking, it’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind budget and not a fancy pants place.

Its a great location and the owner is lovely, just feels so warm and safe and you have everything you need in the room.

Great location, amazing staff to great us, even walked us to our room, to check it was all okay and we had everything we needed!! If you want a cheaper room but is still fantastically clean, I'd chose this!!
