He is very friendly and creates a great atmoshpere in his Retreat. He gives great tips of things to do in the area and he helps people to adjust their plans to the weather conditions. The common areas of the retreat are great. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was great.

Based by the Lake offers accommodation centrally located in Taupo, just minutes from the lake. I enjoyed the location, the dorm, view from there, facilities. All was great
