Lakes Edge Lodge is just a 3-minute drive from Lake Tekapo town centre. A free shuttle service is available to and from Lake Tekapo bus terminal. Loved the common area. Lots of TA walkers. Amazing view on the lake.

This 30,000 acre Merino station is located alongside the Ahuriri River, 15 minutes’ drive from Omarama town centre. It’s the best deal you’ll find anywhere. Very basic and rustic but Comfortable and clean and does the job. Excellent wifi connection despite being in the middle of nowhere. A great hopping off point for day trips to lakes. Amazing star gazing at night!

Nastanitev Stay In Tekapo Backpackers je v mestu Lake Tekapo, 45 km od znamenitosti Mt. Dobson, in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, možnost peke na žaru ter brezplačen WiFi. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was big and there were only 3 bunk beds so I could use enough space. The room was warm and there were extra bedding as well, anyone can use them. Lounge, kitchen and toilet were clean and I saw the staff cleaning there eagerly. Every staff are so sweet. Location is also good. It might be a little bit expensive compared with other accomodation but I want to stay here again.
