There was a 24-hour service at the reception area and they were so accommodating, they even let us leave our things at the place first when we arrive at 5am to proceed with our tour.

Also, in the morning, they took us to the port because we had big luggage even though the port is walking distance. Great, great people. Great owner and staff team,very kind and helpful,the shuttle bus and two bakeries outside are definitely a plus! Signed in the whale shark tour from the hostel and it was great,hopefully will come back sooooon

I had the private room and the bed and pillow were extremely comfortable and the shower worked very well. The staff was amazing and so helpful. 100% recommend doing the canyoneering tour with them. They shut down the noise around 11 PM which I really liked as well.
