Your space includes a private bedroom with Queen bed, your own private bathroom, a shared large living room and kitchen and access to stunning views from the patio! You can cook meals in the fully functional kitchen or just kick back and chill with a good book and vino in the lounge on the super comfy big couch. The apartment is super secure with 2 tagged entryways at the entrance on the ground floor. Your booking also comes with its own private parking in the basement of the apartment building. Please make sure that you mention it in the booking so that I can arrange the remote for the automatic gate. There is no TV because Lygon Street is officially the colorful entertainment hub. The kitchen, living room and patio is a shared space and there’s also a shared laundry that you are welcome to use if you would like to. We take great pride and care in the upkeep of the apartment and would really appreciate that our guests take care of their space while fully enjoying the benefits.
