It is a very comfortable private-apartment on a low floor, has two environments: a living room with a mini kitchen and a bedroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV shared with the bedroom and a desk. The bathroom is large and has a shower. There is an exercise room, swimming pool and parking for one car in the building.
I live in São Paulo a short distance from the apartment. I also have the help of Fernando, who often receives the guests. It is always great to receive visitors and be able to chat with them. I am a Booking customer when I travel and it has been great to be able to help other visitors on their trips to São Paulo.
The apartment is in one of the most interesting neighborhoods in São Paulo, Itaim Bibi. it is good for walking and with ample access to any point in the city by public or private transport. We are less than 500 meters from Avenida Faria Lima, 950 meters from Parque do Povo and other attractions. There is a wide variety of trendy bars and restaurants in São Paulo.
