Our house will comfortably accommodate you for vacation or seasonal housing. House with 2 bedrooms, one suite with a super comfortable queen bed and air conditioning, the other bedroom with a double box bed and ceiling fan. I also provide an extra single mattress. Small desk and office chair for work. 3-seater retractable sofa and dad's armchair. There are hooks for a hammock on the balcony. Garage for one car with automatic gate, guest toilet, living room and open kitchen. Services area with tank and washing machine. The Checkout time must be respected, in case of delays a new daily rate will be charged, however, the guest will not be entitled to remain in the property for additional time.
Located in a family-friendly, super safe neighborhood, 7 minutes from the center. Several bus lines around the corner to Rio de Janeiro, Magé, Teresópolis and several neighborhoods. Close to bakery, supermarket, drug store, restaurants and snack bars. Easy access to the city's main waterfalls and trails. In Guapimirim you will find several wonderful waterfalls with crystal clear waters. Several soap operas used the region's landscapes to record their scenes. There are numerous trails with different levels of difficulty, catering for beginners to professionals. The cuisine is also excellent, you will choose delicious restaurants, pizzas and sandwiches. And if you like a good beer, you can try the best craft beers in the region. Before check-in, I will send you a house guide with several tips on gastronomy, trails, waterfalls and tours.
