Welcome to this unique property, a luxury accomodation exquisitely located right in the centre of Trancoso, a new build, constructed and decorated to the style and tastes of the village, utilising local materials and construction traditions, a real home from home, a fully equipped house meeting all your daily needs, with three suites, two kitchens and large living spaces integrated with the verandas. The property covers the upstairs of a one-story house with 180m2 of private space, composed of two independent luxury apartments joined together by their verandas, allowing the property to be rented in two parts or as one, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to have privacy, but also to share moments together. The house is set in the best part of Trancoso, being only moments from the historic Quadrado, set on an attractive side street with tboutique shops and restaurants, including a veranda with views of of the over-hanging Flamboyant trees (most picturesque when they are flowering) and the downstairs charms of the village, making outdoor dining and relaxing on the veranda to be amongst the highlights of your stay.
Our hostess Kelly has worked for more than fifteen years with hotels in Trancoso and knows that receiving guests is an art and that trips must be unforgettable, for that reason she spares no effort to make our guests stay as perfect as possible. Passionate about Trancoso and its surroundings, she always has the best tips on beaches, outings, restaurants, shops, bars, festive and municipal events, sporting adventures etc., she makes sure to provide everything so that our guest’s experience is unique, so they leave with unforgettable memories of Trancoso.
Flamboyant Rresidence Quadrado is located in a strategic point of Trancoso, close to world-famous brands, the renowned restaurants of the city, a charming café, an Italian ice cream shop, the most famous pizzeria in the city, two mini markets, secure parking and the village's only bookstore. Everything the guest needs to meet their needs and desires is within a few steps. One of the greatest attractions of the end of the afternoon, after the beach, is to walk in the ‘ferinha’, located next door and choose among so many native, indigenous or even artisan souvenirs from other cities, a unique mixture of cultures. Just a few steps away is the famous Quadrado, the most coveted historic and tourist center in the south of Bahia, and at night with its low lighting, turns into a separate show, with the Jesuit Church of São João Batista, one of oldest in Brazil, shining in the background with its back to the lookout and the sea. It is also possible to walk in the morning to the most famous and popular beaches in the city. All of this close to "your" new home in Bahia…
