It is on the good side of town and close to a metro stop, although in a hilly area. There is free coffee and pastries in the morning. The place is very spacious with decent beds with tall openings that you can sit up in properly. Blankets are provided. It is calm, not loud, and there is a room on the lower level which can be used at night. There is a functional tv in the main lobby. Many clotheslines for use, albeit a bit useless considering it rains frequently. Everywhere is cleaned frequently. There are individual lockers that roll under the bed and are large enough to drop an entire carryon suitcase in whole (and capable of being locked), so belongings are safe and your items can remain packed for checkout.

it was my second stay beside it’s location and facilities having a new staff for the morning is wonderful improvement! Michelle is such a positive person with good vibe and energy contributing to raising the vibe of the hostel also noticed Coffee and some cake in the morning which is also such pleasant treat.

I stayed in the private room which is basically a lower cost hotel room. There's enough plugs, the room is clean with good wifi and has an aircon. Communal area has a table and couch and kitchen with microwave and there's coffee in the mornings. The train station and few shops aren't far and the area also seems fairly safe. The reception lady was very helpful even though I couldn't speak Portuguese.

Adorei as dependências da residência (banheiro limpo e com bom espaço, colchão da cama confortável, utensílios de cozinha básicos, respeitam o silêncio noturno) e a vizinhança, calma, tranquila e segura pra uma mulher andar sozinha a noite num horário antes das 22h (após, não sei), tem um vigilante próximo na guarita depois q você entra na rua. Fica a menos de 15 minutos saindo do metrô, andando devagar tranquila. Tem posto de gasolina, padaria, farmácias, mercado Pão de Açúcar e uma academia (ñ sei se aceita gym pass ms é super bem equipada) no entorno do metrô, então você não vai levar mais de 20 minutos pra ir comprar nada se precisar sair da acomodação mais de uma vez e não estiver a fim de comida por app. Pela manhã havia garrafa com café, leite, uns biscoitinhos, pão de forma e margarina, foi bacana pois não estava incluso na estadia, uma cortesia simples que faz diferença pois estava frio e nem precisei ir a padaria. Equipe excelente, simpática e solícita.
