The space includes a guest room and a suite, a shared bathroom, split air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, and a living room integrated with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two external balconies. The gourmet space offers a barbecue for leisure, a hammock for relaxation, and an outdoor table for your family meals. Fully furnished and equipped apartment, with 2 flat-screen TVs, a dining table, 1 double bed box, and 2 bunk beds. You will find all the appliances and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay. I was born in Florianópolis and have witnessed the city's growth, even participating in it, as I am a Civil Engineer with specialization in construction.
