Single storey house, located in a small housing estate, quiet and relaxing. The 2 bedrooms are located on the fitted floor of the house, and linked to independent WC and bathroom. Rest area on the same floor. Television, DVD player and independent breakfast area available. Enclosed courtyard reserving a parking space. Terrace facing south available. According to our presence. We have a sociable boxer dog and a cat House located 8 km from Dinard, 10 km from St Malo, 10 km around Dinan. Close to a hiking trail "the greenway" linking to Dinan or Dinard. Pleasant for cycling and market, also allows quick access to the center of Pleurtuit ans its market.
I am in my fifties, I live with my 2 teenage daughters and our animals. Still in activity I like to welcome travelers from other horizons, I understand and speak English. We have a calm life and therefore the atmosphere of our home is calm. We are discreet and respect the presence of vacationers ... And my key word is Well-being I am therefore available for any remark, any request, any need for information. Hoping to welcome you very soon! Allotment of 10 houses, quiet. In the countryside 2 kms from Pleurtuit and Pleslin trigavou. 10 min from Dinard, 20 min from St Malo, Dinan. Tremereuc is a quiet town, with one trade: mountain ash, a tobacco bar, roadside restaurant, newspapers and bread depot. It is 50 m from the house. Another bar is located near the town hall, 5 minutes away on foot. Pleurtuit has shops and supermarkets with a shopping mall. Various restaurants and a cinema.
