The house has a 75-inch TV in the lounge and TV is all bedrooms, the small garden caters for 10 persons comfortably, there is a barbecue (charcoal not supplied) and it is a sun trap in summer. In January 2023 we redecorated the house top to bottom, put new stair carpets and all rooms including the lounge have wooden floors the kitchen is tiled Large double lounge, large kitchen plenty of space, 2.5 bathrooms, washing machine, drying machine and dishwasher There are plenty of electric car charging points in the street, the street is quite and residential, we have a small deli cafe at the end of the street, a small local shop, a dry cleaner and there are 3 supermarkets nearby and plenty of local restaurants and bars

The neighbourhood is known as Hammersmith and Fulham, I would say that Gastein Road is closer to the Fulham side, indeed Fulham Palace built by Henry the Eighth is within walking distance and for any Football Fans the lovely Fulham Football Club, Craven Cottage is withing walking distance also. Want to visit a different part of the river Thames with its own character you can walk there in 10 minutes then walk along the Thames Path then either head off to Hammersmith Bridge or Putney Bridge , both lovely walks, for the adventurous you could follow the river the whole way into town, bit it's a bit of a hike and I must admit not that I have ever tried. We have a lovely little cafe deli at the end of our street, there are a few Pubs, plenty of restaurants and takeaways, we have a local shop a few minutes away or there are 3 supermarkets nearby, then a 24-hour garage where you can always grab a pint of milk or any other forgotten extras.
