My old house is surrounded by the nature in a quiet little village that paints its history. My big mural works is on the facade by Finnish artist since 2010. This place is adapted for sportive couples with bikes or motorbikes and hiking or the ones who just appreciate the quite place to relax between art and nature. I host only one couple max 3-4 persons (the family members/friends) at a time in the first floor, with the main bedroom, another bedroom with double bed, one bathroom + one kitchenette/breakfast room where I live the breakfast each morning any time requested by you without disturbing you. I live myself in the ground floor with my sweet boxer so we will not disturb you. We have the same entrance but will organize it in case of other dogs.

I am originally from Finland working for art events in different countries over the years but always lived by the nature. I love ITALY, mostly the Dolomites and Venice where I used to live for many years. The Veneto region is the safest area in Italy so I welcome all international guests to the most beautiful mountains, THE DOLOMITES.

The PROPERTY is sited in Cibiana di Cadore - popularly known as “THE VILLAGE THAT PAINTS IT HISTORY” referring to the painted murals on the facades of the houses according of the history of each house in the area. There are over 50 mural art works as seen in the huge celebration of 30 years of mural art works in 2010 ORGANIZED by Paivi Tirkkonen. GETTING THERE Cibiana di Cadore is 30 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo and can be reached from Venice/Marco Polo airport in two hours and from the Treviso Airport in one hour. House has the garden facilities with Finnish wooden sauna and relaxing hot tub. The opportunity to be immersed in the dramatically different natural environment of the Mountains that also hosts historical and military sites, hopes to catalyse new ways of thinking about nature, man’s relationship to nature and the role of the mountains during particular historical periods.
