This is a Korean traditional house, hanok, built in the mid-19th century. It is the oldest house in the clan village of Yeoju Yi Clan in Toero village where hanoks are densly packed. The name of the historic house "Seoun" came from the penname of Yi Tae-hyeong (he was born in 1895 and died in 1973) who moved to this house in 1936 to care for his parents. Next to the house you can see other heritage houses in the Toero village. Near the house, you can enjoy a lake and mountain view and also Korean restaurants serving Bulgogi and Bibim-bab in 3 mins distance from the house on foot. [Special gifts for International Guests] 1. a free ridde to/from Miryang KTX station based on reservation 2. a free rental of Hanbok, a Korean traditional costume for photography shooting 3. 50% discount for activities such as wood printing and stamp carving. I am the owner of this special traditional cultural house, named Soeun's heritage house built in 19th century. We take pride in the fact that this house itself is a cultural heritage and a precious legacy in my family history. I am happy to be able to share this precious space with our neighbors and good visitors. We open this special space to some selected persons becasue we believe the true value of the heritage is related to sharing the valuable things with neighbors.
1. You will love the very quiet and clean village environment and the laid-back countryside atmosphere of the village where we are located. 2.
