Utopia is newly built and Guests can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. All 3 of our guest flats have a kitchen and comfortable lounge. Utopia offers hospitality, warmth and tranquility for both leisure and business travellers. We have some great restaurants available very close to our guest house. Reading Golf Course for functions and golf etc.
