The staffs were excellent and very kind !!! I needed to leave early so the staffs prepared a personal breakfast for me to take on my travel. They always treated me kindly, politely and helped with everything that I needed in my stay. The location is perfect btw!

They had complimentary coffee/tea all night in the cozy breakfast area and breakfast was nice. They also offer a way to get food delivered so you don't have to go back into town for dinner which was nice because it is a little far, about a 20 minute walk from more central Uyuni. I would definitely stay here again!

The massages very relaxing and affordable. Easeness of transport even of the distance from the airport and the main town of uyuni. NO TV's IN ROOMS. To me that was a winning point.

As we havent had our dinner, we requested for some hot water to cook our cup noodle, to our amase, senor cesare not only brought us hot water, also some coffee n tea for us. The breakfast was fairly good too, we also had dinner in the restaurant which was ok. We arrived very early off a night bus and they provided us with a little room to sleep in before our room was ready (but did take longer than they told us). They also looked after our bags while we did our salt flat tour, and let us use their facilities while we were waiting for our next night bus which was kind.

They truly went above and beyond, helping to book excursions, rides and even take out for dinner when we were late. We had troubles arriving and they stayed up to make sure we could check in the middle of the night!
