The location is great. City centre you can go everywhere walking. The breakfast is nice. The place itself needs renovation. The ceiling was wet in many places with the rain, the shower box didn't work well. We stayed in a room with a balcony however it's connected to the main terrace so when other guests are there ringing its a slightly noisy. The curtains are in need of replacement.
