We dis a great evening cruise on the TSS Earnslaw, crossing Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm for an evening BBQ. Not cheap but a wonderful experience. The boat is a 100 year old steamship. Walter Peak is a traditional sheep station, the farmstead is lovely, the gardens stunning and the sheep sheering demonstration really work seeing.
