It exceeded our expectations, great location and super host! The studio is the place you need in Chalten to feel at home! We would definitely come back and stay longer!

Set in a manor house overlooking the Viedma Lake, Estancia La Estela features a restaurant and a stable. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast services. La Leona Petrified Wood is 15 km away. We loved everything about this spectacular estancia! The rustic room was comfortable, had an amazing view of Mt FitzRoy and Lake Viedma, a good bathroom with tub & shower. The custom built dining facilities and relaxation room with full bar were absolutely top notch. A resident chef, amazing service, a greenhouse of fresh greens and vegetables. You could just relax or avail of a broad range of activities on site, rafting, horseback riding, gourmet cookouts near a very photogenic beach and dune lands, tours of badlands and petrified forest, wow! Native wildflowers and birds everywhere. But best of all was the warm hospitality shown by the staff, I did not expect to find such a first class experience at this remote but idyllic location. We didn’t want to leave! It is also a good base for trips to El Chalten, and up and down the famous Ruta 40. This place changed my whole attitude about Argentina. What a great experience.I

Situated in El Calafate, Cabañas Alechen is 4 km from Argentinean Lake. Downtown El Calafate and the Regional Museum are 800 metres away. The owners are wonderful and this property is so clean and well maintained. I was so happy I had booked it and we really enjoyed our 3-night stay. Thank you!

Surrounded by gardens and only 12 km from Fitz Roy Mountain, Laguna Condor - Refugio de Montaña offers rooms with charming rustic décor in El Chalten. Incredible place, hidden and isolated but equipped with all comforts. Very peaceful We stayed in the recently renewed cabanas, which have a nice atmosphere and design furniture

The location of this cosy cabin was fantastic with a view of the mountains from the living area window .The hosts are fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay .We loved it there so much we ended up staying 2 more days than planned.The cabins are only a short walk from the start of the cerra torre and the fitzroy walk and after a spectacular day trekking we would come back to the warm and well kitted out cabin.

Located inside Los Glaciares National Park, Estancia Cristina Lodge - El Calafate has cosy rooms with mountain views in a privileged natural scenario. All was absolutely perfect. The landscape from the boat was amazing. The estancia is located in a pristine location in nature’s kingdom. You are nearly alone in the middle of nowhere. It is an incredible experience. The room is gorgeous. The staff incredible and the food delicious. The excursions are unbelievable especially the full day canyon walk and the full day horse ride. Nothing to change. We really recommend !!!

These cosy cabins 100 metres from Nimez Lagoon and the bird reserve offer rooms with country style décor. They have garden views and free Wi-Fi. Argentino Lake is 350 metres from Nené Aparts. A high quality apartment with all facilities only 5 minutes walk from the bird reserve and 3 minutes from an excellent restaurant El Cucharon. The owner is a really nice person who will help with anything. It’s a five minute taxi ride from town and you are out in nature away from the crowds.
