Very comfortable and cute, had everything we needed for a nice easy one night stay and was enjoyable place to stay inside on a cold and rainy afternoon.

A microwave, a stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Warm welcome, spotless cottage in beautiful location. We had everything we needed and more. I particularly enjoyed eating lunch on the front porch, listening to birdsong whilst admiring the stunning view.

Amber Lodge is a 5-minute walk to the centre of Mt Buller Village and the Mt Buller Ski School. Ideally positioned for skiing and snowboarding, the property is located opposite the free village shuttle bus stop and the Lydia Lassila lift. Exceptional care by Jo and Frank, nothing was to much trouble. Beds were really comfy, the little extras like complementary Tea coffee Milo all the extra bits Jo and Frank is what makes a stay at Amber lodge so easy and relaxing. We have already booked for next year.

Located in Marysville, Dalrymples Guest Cottages boast uniquely designed accommodation with a balcony, fireplace and a free-standing 2-person spa bath. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free on-site parking. All cottages offer lovely garden and mountain views. The property was beautifully located and was very cosy and relaxing. It blew us away. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you need, we especially loved the fire, shower and jacuzzi bath. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Black Cockatoo Cottages is 5 minutes’ drive from Yanakie town centre. Wilsons Promontory is 3 minutes’ drive and Sandy Point Beach is 22 minutes’ drive away. Location was as close as you could get to the start of the national park, away from the crowd and noise at tidal river but close enough to drive into tidal river daily if wanted, it was lovely to come home to a hot shower and comforts of home after long walks in the park
