Absolutely gorgeous setting, high up above the village of Hope and close to the ascent to Win Hill. This little cabin is located on a charming hillside, with sheep and lambs coming up to the gate to say hello. Very idyllic and quiet at night (save for the bleating lambs!) with a gorgeous view south across the valley. There is a little barbecue and outside seating area to take it all in. The cabin itself is compact, but clean and with everything you need for a quirky couple of nights' stay. Would absolutely book again.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Tanyard Barn. The Barn is finished to an extremely high standard and has absolutely everything you could need. It is private and secluded with lovely views. Prior to us arriving we received a message to confirm our arrival time and that we would be met at the property and that the hot tub would be ready for us to enjoy! Dennis met us as agreed and gave us a brief tour of the property and explained anything we needed to know including local walks. Tanyard Barn had all the amenities you could want and the hot tub was lovely and clean. The hot tub is under a covered area so you are protected from the elements whilst still being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery around. The things that really stood out and made this an exceptional stay, where the fantastic little touches that had been put in place by the owners. These included freshly made bread and blondies, juice, milk and oat milk in the fridge as well as some small bottles of red and white wine, sparkling wine and beer! There were even thoughtful touches such as face masks to enjoy and provision of some essential toiletries in case you forget anything. The owners really go above and beyond to give you the luxury and personal touches for your stay. Robes and slippers were also provided which made getting to and from the hot tub comfortable. The Barn is in a fantastic location for hiking straight out the door and is lovely and secluded. it is however only 4 or 5 mins walk from a brewery and little village with country pubs in it. Dennis was easily reached and responsive when we need to contact him. We cant praise the place, location and hosts highly enough and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Each cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and stove, an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities and a living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player. There bathrooms are fitted with shower. All beds are made upon arrival and towels are also provided. Lovely short break in lovely clean cottage. Just a short hop to alton towers

Situated in a converted Grade II listed barn, Pillarbox Cottage features a fully fitted kitchen, high ceilings and original beams still present from its 17th-century origins. Free private parking is available in the shared cobbled courtyard. Everything, it had all you needed and more. Perfect price and location. Definitely coming back

The accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A microwave and kettle are also provided. Towels are featured. The theme park was great, friendly staff. Information given was good. Room was nice and cosy although if we booked again we would book a bigger room. The views were amazing.

Set in Upper Hulme in The Roaches within Peak District Park, The Laburnum Retreat Shepherd Hut private hot Tub has a terrace and private hot tub overlooking scenic views of the countryside.

The lodge is fitted with a flat-screen TV. The lodge also offers a bathroom. The location was perfect, beautiful views and lots of hikes nearby to do. Perfect peaceful stay, couldn’t recommend enough!

Bagshaw Lodge is located in the picturesque Peak District town of Bakewell. With countryside views, modern rooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players and free Wi-Fi. All rooms feature a kitchenette.

Rooms at the Bagshaw Lodge are decorated in warm coloured fabrics and walnut furnishings. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and power shower, and most have baths. Everything was great. We couldn't fault anything we also ordered breakfast 10/10 would definitely go back.

Buxton Opera House is 35 km from the lodge, while FlyDSA Arena is 36 km away. The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport, 53 km from Tissington Cottage- Darwin Lake Holiday Village. Location is nice, there are roads around the lake but not heard much. Cool on hot days.
