The property was amazing it was beautifully presented and the hardens were amazing. There were lots of special touches like organic soaps, free range eggs and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting

Flying trout boutique lodge is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in the world . We had a lovely suite upstairs with a panoramic view of lake Taupo . Breakfast is wonderful and Karen will insure you are pleased with everything served . Rob is helpful with area info and a few nights he drive us in to town for dinner . We would definitely stay at this charming lodge again - treat yourself if you are in lake Taupo

Set in Mapara Valley, adjacent to the stunning Whakaipo Bay Reserve on Lake Taupo, Whakaipo Lodge offers guests free WiFi. Whakaipo Lodge was a superb place to stay in every way. The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.

Nina and Peter are gracious hosts and they do everything to ensure you have a great stay! Their lovely puppies and handsome cat, Floyd are a bonus!

Located in Turangi, 48 km from Mount Ruapehu, and Taranaki Falls reachable within 48 km, Turangi Leisure Lodge offers a terrace, a spa and wellness centre and free WiFi. Our room was amazing, so clean, comfortable and beautiful. We love it. They paid attention to all details, spa products, blower, iron, you will find everything you need to feel great.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River. The breakfast was good. Coffee wasn’t great.

Offering views of Lake Taupo and a free full breakfast prepared by a chef, Lake Taupo Lodge provides a relaxing retreat. The family loved the view, the breakfast was amazing!!! Cute dogs!
