Lovely ameneties, Charlotte was amazing, great communication even when we had a little change in plans (I really appreciate your patience and understanding Charlotte), clean tidy cabin, bed was sooo comfortable!!! Loved our stay.

Beautiful view, surrounded by nature, felt secluded even though the road is about 20 feet above the roof level. Noise not a problem. Good amenities.

The location was fantastic, and the hospitality also brilliant - afternoon tea and the morning muffin were particular highlights (all home made). Directions and information provided ahead of time were really helpful too. We had some issues with our flights which meant we were delayed arriving and Dyan was very communicative and understanding. Would love to spend more time here when we come back.

We had an excellent experience in Platinum lodge ! It is one of the most quite, peaceful, nice and comfortable places we have stayed in. The owner is extreemly nice, we were welcomed with 2 hot maffines for our 5 o'clock coffee and when asked, she kindly offered us to wash our laundary using her washing machine.
