Hotel La Casa de Don Tomás ligt op slechts 2 km van de ruïnes van Pukará de Quitor en beschikt over accommodatie in San Pedro de Atacama. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Problemen met de huurauto en zij hebben geholpen met het vinden van een taxi wat toch 3 uur duurde. Wij kregen nog avondeten alhoewel de keuken reeds een half uur al dicht was. Ontbijt was lekker en voldoende ook redelijk uitgebreid. Badkamer was wel zeer klein maar proper

Located in San Pedro de Atacama, 8 km from Piedra del Coyote, Hotel Desertica has a garden, as well as free WiFi. The hotel is an oasis in San Pedro de Atacama. very well located. the rooms are very clean with nice amenities and extremely comfortable! Everything at the hotel is nicely decorated- the rooms as well the common area. breakfast and dinner as well the drinks are also very good! There is nothing we could have asked more. My husband and I are heavy travellers and we are very picky when it comes to accommodation and especially food. Nevertheless Hotel Desertica managed to tick all the boxes for pretentious guests:). But the staff is what this accommodation is all about. once we got to Calama and took the rented car we headed to Jumbo supermarket to buy some things. once we exit the supermarket our car was broken in and all our stuff stolen- electronics, clothes, shoes, literally everything!! I called the hotel to tell them and to ask for their help and they immediately asked to talk to the police and facilitate our communication with them. once we arrived to the hotel every member of the staff acted so kind and empathetic. They always went above and beyond to help us and feel better despite what happened. And all that effort they put in really worked. they made a huge difference in our mood for this holiday. We could not be more grateful and we do not know how we could ever return the favour. Cristobal, Silvia , Carolina, Estrella, Freddy thank you for everything! Super friendly and helpful. Alex goes out of his way to make you feel very comfortable and ensures that you really enjoy your stay. He even helped us book our transfers and helped with our tours.  Hotel:  The hotel is in a very quiet location. It is beautiful and has lots of greenery and a very calming feeling when you're there. There's a nice area to sit by a fireplace and enjoy a drink, or you can hop into a hammock and do some stargazing. There's also a nice pool to jump into when it gets hot during the day. Room: Super comfortable bed. Room has a fridge which they provide filtered water in. Bathroom is great, fantastic shower. Much needed after a hot day in the desert. There's wifi everywhere so you'll be able to keep up to date on everything internet related. Food: Hotel booking includes buffet breakfast. Really good spread including fresh fruits and produce from the trees in the hotel. They even Cook fresh eggs for you, perfect fried eggs. You can also have dinner if you like to. Location: The hotel is about 3kms from the centre of San Pedro de Atacama. Alex runs a free shuttle service to and from town so it's super easy to get there and back and nice to be away from the noise in the centre. It's super peaceful and relaxing.

U wandelt in 10 minuten naar de binnenstad van San Pedro de Atacama.... Fantastic place and the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond. nothing was ever a problem.

Terrantai Lodge biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en een gratis ontbijt in het historische centrum van San Pedro de Atacama. De hosts en de medewerkers waren zéér hulpvaardig, zelfs in perfect Engels (iets wat weinig voorkomt in Zuid-Amerika). De gesprekken met Christian waren meer dan fijn en leerrijk, zijn vrouw zorgde dan weer voor duidelijkheid over de vele tickets die we moesten kopen voor de bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Alles voelde heel huiselijk aan. Het ontbijt was fijn en cosy. In de namiddag was er gratis thee en 's avonds zelfs wijn! Heerlijke ervaring waar we eigenlijk meer dan 10 op 10 voor willen geven...
