By car it's only about 15 -20 minutes away from Pisco Elqui. The facilities (nature walks, terrace, and pool) of the hotel allow you to focus on relaxing and being in the moment. The breakfast in bed is a treat and the fact that it;s delivered by the owners makes everything feel like home. The wifi in the room works amazing so I even was able to work a full day remote with no issue.

We had a great stay at UMA Hotel. The owner, Alejandro, was extremely welcoming and helpful, suggesting tours, restaurants etc. The boutique hotel had a great location and is a great place to relax, stargaze and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

A delightfully converted old family home, run by the family and committed staff. The rooms are carefully designed keeping original features. Breakfast is excellent as was dinner. Wines are from the Elqui Valley and are amazing. The courtyards, garden and pool are havens of peace. This hotel is highly recommended.

Hacienda Santa Cristina has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Ovalle. Hacienda Santa Cristina is a beautiful property. Upon entering, you feel like you just arrived at a private estate. There are various fruit and vegetable gardens, and multiple buildings all designed with an old-style South American charm. The property is quite large and is immaculate throughout. The rooms are situated overlooking tranquil gardens and an appealing main pool area. There is a second pool, as well as a hot tub, on the property that is near the rooms, which is very convenient. Both are well set up with chairs and are very clean, and offer food and drink services. There is a huge restaurant which adjoins the main pool where you can also dine throughout the day. In my opinion, everything written regarding this property, almost all positive, does not fully capture just how wonderful this place really is. Everything is clean and the gardens are groomed to perfection. The rooms and bathroom are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Each room has its own porch with a table and chairs. There are several vineyards within walking distance, surrounded by rolling hills, that overlook the property. The breakfast is excellent and can be served to you right in your room if you prefer. This was a nice option as we ate it on our porch each morning. The dinners were very tasty and well presented. The staff was amazing in all aspects. Every person we encountered would greet you with a warm smile and was willing to help you with anything you needed. Lastly, I want to mention the owner, Juan Pablo. He greeted us the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was there for us the entire time and gave us many suggestions to explore Chile on the rest of our trip. All his suggestions were spot on. He could not have been nicer. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Just book your room and don’t worry about a thing. Juan Pablo and his professionally trained staff will take care of the rest.

Located in La Serena, less than 1 km from Cuatro Esquinas, Domos Dream provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Very kind host, good and clear rules for passengers to enjoy and let others enjoy a good time staying at their place. Receptionist Luisa was kind and helpful, every time we asked her something. Breakfast was plenty of delicious food and the way they organize it is perfect. Everyone there were ready to help at every moment and made our staying very comfortable. I am happy for my choice, since it was the first time we visited La Serena. Domos Dream is located in an exceptional peaceful place. I loved hearing birds singing all day long.

Hotel Campanario is located in front of the beach, on Avenida del Mar, right in the limit of Coquimbo and La Serena. It offers 35 pleasant and recently built rooms with free WiFi access. Very nice place, attentive staff, spacious room with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was plenty and wholesome. Would definitely come again.
