JW Marriott always meets your expectation. I was visiting the hotel during the Valentines Day and made a special request to decorate the room. They made it very special for my wife. Had Balloons, Towel Swan, Rose and Rose Petals. The hotel also has robots to deliver water bottles and anything you might need. So I would say, just pick up the phone and order few water bottles, a cool thing to experience. The rooms were also spacious and everything in the room was modern and on point. Good view of the river also.

The staffs are all very well trained, polite. Most of all Danny and Ray (I may get the names wrong but they are the only 2 guys at the concierge) are superb. Thank you.

From the moment we stepped out of our car to anywhere we went in the hotel, we have been greeted with the warmest help. Special thanks to Hank and Goslin who had been ever so patiently assisting us extending the stay. And to Zoe who went above and beyond to get medication for our little boy. Lastly, the room is just glamorous, so spacious and tasteful decoration.
