The design of the room is very nice and homey feel. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back to Sapporo. The location is not in central Sapporo. We drive and find it’s convenient location not far from major attractions in the city.

The staff were very friendly and even helped me forward my luggage. The location was amazing, a few minutes from a subway station that will get you to central Sapporo in about 10-15 minutes. There's plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel as well. It was good value for money and I would stay again

They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!
