Receptionists were really nice. Very close to ZQN airport - only 1 stop from airport by bus. It cost only $2.00 with BEE card. I didn't need to grab a taxi. Very easy access. The hotel was located next to Remarkable Shopping Mall. Walking distance from both airport and shopping mall for me. There were a variety of restaurants and cafes in the mall. Super market (New World) was nearby. To CBD of Queenstown, you can reach by #1 city bus. Takes 30 minutes bus ride. Very quiet to sleep at night.

Our stay at Stoneridge was little short of ideal! The grounds were simply stunning - you take a steep drive up to the resort, passing by vineyards and rose bushes. The buildings have a historic stone and wrought-iron look and truly feel like they have been there for centuries. Walk around the grounds and you might also see the very cute, peaceful chapel. The rooms were, again, stunning, with beautiful views over Lake Hayes. They were spacious and thoughtfully furnished, including the bathrooms which had his and hers sinks. On checking in, we were greeted by their very friendly staff who offered us two glasses of rose and a lovely cheese board. In short, we loved it here - it felt like pure luxury!
