The room exceeded my expectations and was tastefully furnished. Also, I usually dislike Hotel beds since I rarely sleep well - but best western is an exception. I get the best sleep in those unbelievable comfy beds! The location is right in the city center which is great. And the receptionists were very client-orientated and super nice as well! :-) When I will need a Hotel in Katowice again, I will definitely come back.

The 4-star Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Katowice is located in the centre of Katowice, only 750 metres from the Katowice Główne Railway Station. Great location and familiar with the area. Great spacious standard double and quiet room, with up to date decor and nice colours. Comfortable bed and seating arrangements. Good selection of teas, coffee and water. A special treat if you don't ask for the room to be cleaned. Bathroom was nice, there wasn't enough toiletries for 2 people but no issues! Staff were nice, helpful and very accommodating. A little hiccups with the booking before and after arrival but sorted very quickly. Overall great hotel, will definetly be back in a few months...if the price is right and this time hope to make use of the other facilities.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Train station and the fact that the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. We were not disappointed! Staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant provided good quality cuisine. Thoroughly recommended.
