Amazing resort with lots of options for entertainment. Pizzaria is a good dinner option. Lots of music shows throughout the day. Very good breakfast and lunch buffets. Dinner is not good and takes over 1 hr for dishes to get ready. Recommend avoiding for New Year's Eve - super crowded and people drinking all day.

I want to extend a special commendation to Isabela, who was instrumental in assisting us and even facilitating a late checkout. Her outstanding support truly warrants recognition and consideration for a raise. 😁😄
