The resort feels like it is still brand new and the operator is clearly keen to keep that feeling by having a huge staff presence (I’ve never seen so many housekeeping and grounds maintenance staff in a resort. We didn’t leave the resort at all over the 8 days we were there and there was nothing we needed that would couldn’t get help organising.

There are plenty of pools to choose from and we found sunbeds available when we wanted them. The staff were polite and friendly. We stayed there with our 12 year old daughter, in a junior suite. She was on a sofa bed which was very comfortable and our double bed was also very comfortable.

I noticed first of all the kindness of the staff. At the reception..SOFIA… of a perfect professionalism, kindness to the same extent. Thank you Sofia! The restaurant surprised me with the quality of the food considering that it is an All Inclusive system! And here I have to mention Raluca… very attentive and with a lot of care for the client! A place where you do not regret the decision to stay longer than you intended.
