Location was great as it was away from city noise and into the nature. Seaview from the room and pool with mountain behind us. Ninseh, Mazda and rest of the crew were great in taking care of us. Owner Sri personally helped us with any questions and little issue of an air conditioner. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured that our stay was comforting. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for calm and peaceful place to stay.

If you are looking for 'ZEN' this is your place! In the hills overlooking the green rice fields and out to sea hubby and I were in heaven. We stayed in Villa Bougainvillia, a spacious, spotless, landscaped delight. The view was magnificent.. and from the infinity pool absolutely joyous. Full sun all day, no Mosquito's and total peace and relaxation. The staff have all worked here many years and are super efficient, kind, friendly and quietly go about their daily business without disturbance. I arrived "under the weather" and Sri our fabulous chef du cuisine and all round "fixer" did everything she could to help me, so I felt much improved afterwards...and boy can that lady can cook! Flavoursome, freshly bought ingredients went into our lovely meals each day either in Villa or at the lovely Boutique 4 table restaurant, which overlooks the sea. It was a real pleasure to taste the ' love' in her cooking, we enjoyed every mouthful.😋 Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated, comfortable and fragrant, no nasty "drain" smells, a hot, powerful shower pressure and plenty of clean, fresh smelling towels. Wonderful comfy bed too! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and we certainly did. We didn't want to leave....but we will be back....100%! The drive to North island takes around 2 hours but feels like 40 mins as there's so much to see and take in on the drive there, greeted with a big smile I was looked after every step of the way. The restaurant and reception staff made my time there as a solo traveler so special, especially Dayu, Darma and Diah ❤️ everyone there was awesome and very helpful! The view from the restaurant is one I'll never forget :)

The location is really nice, the beach is just in front of your hotel. There is a spa also, breakfast here are nice also. Just hv to be aware of the bugs in rainy season especially when you have dinner in the beach.

The rooms are super-comfortable, staff are amazing, spa is very well priced, the whole hotel has a very laid back atmosphere and it's just a few minutes drive from Lovina. Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel needs refresh - maybe it was their first experience in Indonesia, but all hotels here (including luxury ones) need some renovation here and there; and, in any case, this is part of the Bali charm - helped by the Buddhist temple (several hundreds years old) in the hotel grounds.
