Amazing views and facilities. The staff went above and beyond for every request. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and it's super close to a lot of other restaurants and convenience stores in Onna, all within walking distance.

Above and beyond! One of my family members accidentally forgot his passport in the room. We only found out during luggage check in. The customs at Okinawa takes a long time. The hotel housekeeping manager took a cab to the airport and delivered the passport just before take off. Simply Amazing! I would like to thank the staff at Hyatt for all there support.
