Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is on a 6 mile stretch of private beach on Saadiyat Island. This 5-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Everything was fine! Would like to express my gratitude to all staff, The cafe, poolside, beachside, room cleaners, securities. I don't know all their names, but all of them are very well professional!!!

My recent stay at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The service provided by the staff, particularly by Mrs. Miriam, was outstanding. Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. The ambiance, excellent customer service especially from Stella, the receptionist that checked me in. She went out of her way to ensure my stay was memorable.

The hotel is very beautiful, specially the pool and beach area. Rooms are also really comfortable and well decorated. What we loved the most was the employees at the hotel, always so kind and helpful. Breakfast is also amazing.

The property location is out of the world, the warmth and care shown by the manager and crew was top notch. The property is nice and green and opens up to the sea in the most magnificent way. The indoor pools are heated to the right temperature, and what a pleasure it has been!
