The service provided by the staff, particularly by Mrs. Miriam, was outstanding. Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. Situated in Abu Dhabi, 3.8 km from Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, ERTH Abu Dhabi Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The hotel is very beautiful, specially the pool and beach area. Rooms are also really comfortable and well decorated. What we loved the most was the employees at the hotel, always so kind and helpful. Breakfast is also amazing.

The property location is out of the world, the warmth and care shown by the manager and crew was top notch. The property is nice and green and opens up to the sea in the most magnificent way. The indoor pools are heated to the right temperature, and what a pleasure it has been!
