Would like to express my gratitude to all staff, The cafe, poolside, beachside, room cleaners, securities. I don't know all their names, but all of them are very well professional!!!

My recent stay at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The service provided by the staff, particularly by Mrs. Miriam, was outstanding. Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. It’s awesome palace , I love to stay again , highly recommended, staffs re very good , Amy , shaikh, Joseph , priyanka. .. all staffs are really good , it’s haven on earth , I will definitely visit one more time

The price for the experience was very reasonable; villa with a private pool, and breakfast included, it was value for money

We took full advantage of all the facilities while we were there during our short 18 hour stay. The gym is incredible. So extensive and every single piece of equipment you could imagine. There is also a nice view of the Grand Mosque from the treadmills! We shopped at the racquetball store and picked up some fitness shorts for my husband. We lounged at the incredible pool and ordered refreshing smoothies. The pool was not crowded and had such a relaxing and luxe vibe. We had appetizers at the street food restaurant on the roof top (bonus points for how friendly and accomodating the staff were!) and then ordered a pizza at the pizza restaurant on the other side of the campus. We watched a soccer game from our bean bag chairs and then walked the track several times for exercise.

It was magical. We loved the privacy and the sea, the friendliness of the staff and the good food, the private pool and the comfortable bed. Ahmed, thank you for the warm welcome and the cigars, Prakash, thank you for your attentiveness to detail at dinner and your ability to make us feel like friends, to all the other staff, your smiles made us feel at home. The kitchen staff, the birthday cheesecake in the fridge, best we have had in a long time. Just perfect! We will be back, and grateful it is just 30min away.
