Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. The hotel is very beautiful, specially the pool and beach area. Rooms are also really comfortable and well decorated. What we loved the most was the employees at the hotel, always so kind and helpful. Breakfast is also amazing.

The property location is out of the world, the warmth and care shown by the manager and crew was top notch. The property is nice and green and opens up to the sea in the most magnificent way. The indoor pools are heated to the right temperature, and what a pleasure it has been!
