Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is on a 6 mile stretch of private beach on Saadiyat Island. This 5-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. A great hotel in a wonderful location with excellent service. We will definitely come back!

The service provided by the staff, particularly by Mrs. Miriam, was outstanding. Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. The ambiance, excellent customer service especially from Stella, the receptionist that checked me in. She went out of her way to ensure my stay was memorable.

The hotel is very beautiful, specially the pool and beach area. Rooms are also really comfortable and well decorated. What we loved the most was the employees at the hotel, always so kind and helpful. Breakfast is also amazing.

Ahmed, thank you for the warm welcome and the cigars, Prakash, thank you for your attentiveness to detail at dinner and your ability to make us feel like friends, to all the other staff, your smiles made us feel at home. The kitchen staff, the birthday cheesecake in the fridge, best we have had in a long time. Just perfect! We will be back, and grateful it is just 30min away.
