My recent stay at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The service provided by the staff, particularly by Mrs. Miriam, was outstanding. Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and breathtaking views of Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious, elegantly appointed, and equipped with all the comforts of home. Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. The ambiance, excellent customer service especially from Stella, the receptionist that checked me in. She went out of her way to ensure my stay was memorable.

We loved the privacy and the sea, the friendliness of the staff and the good food, the private pool and the comfortable bed. Ahmed, thank you for the warm welcome and the cigars, Prakash, thank you for your attentiveness to detail at dinner and your ability to make us feel like friends, to all the other staff, your smiles made us feel at home. The kitchen staff, the birthday cheesecake in the fridge, best we have had in a long time. Just perfect! We will be back, and grateful it is just 30min away.
