The view >>> Lake Toya is really beautiful, even under rain and clouds. The bed is huge, and really comfortable. Not a lot to do if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was nice, the Japanese set we had on arrival was different both mornings which was appreciated. Staff is really nice and helpful.

The onsen was also amazing and I went there every night. I also really liked the cute decor and furniture of the hotel lobby; each piece was unique but worked together well. My family really liked Kiki and I was sad to leave.
