Amazing hotel, really spacious and modern Japanese style room with incredible tub and shower area. The pool and bar area also really nice, really peaceful. The food from the restaurant is the best hotel food we’ve had in Bali. Staff are very friendly and quick to help.

Amazing place. Just front of the ocean. Breakfast can be taken in front of the room or just on the terrace / balcony which is located in from of the sea. The sama as well for the dinner. The dinner price is much better than Ubud.

Alami is always a fabulous location so not so many cabs are need to be caught, revolver coffee at end of gang, gr8 spa across the road, rooms cleaned daily .. good bathrooms comfortable beds .. friendly staff ..

I think for the price there should be more attention to just those little bit of extra details .. eg. Good quality coffee and tea with a plunger for mornings not just sachets .. fruit on arrival not expensive for companies but a nice touch .. by now also as property has a big turnover of guests the focus should be on keeping things very fresh eg. Lounges cleaned in main area and rooms plus floor matting .. pools still have no proper steps to just walk out of, a ladder only can be quite hard for older people or if you have an injury.
