The housekeeping isn't daily so you have to ask for it if you're someone who likes the room spotless. I also like having warm water and hot tea throughout the day but there wasn't an electric kettle in the room. The fan is also noisy. All small things though, just leaving it here for anyone who might need these.

It's located on a short lane that diverts out from the main Jalan Goutama but you won't hear any of the traffic or human sounds. You will walk past family-owned businesses and you're also supporting a family-owned business when you stay here. Very convenient to get to anywhere in central Ubud from here. The service from Iluh was very attentive and warm - one day she heard me coughing badly and brought me a cup of hot tea with fresh ginger slices and honey. You can also pass them your laundry to be done and they'll get it done, at a small cost that's the standard rate.

The bathroom could use some maintenance, however, it did not bother us and it was very clean, which is most important to us.

We had an amazing stay at Iman Homestay. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was also very big. AC worked perfectly. The people who work here are so kind and will help you with everything. The banana pancakes for breakfast were delicious every morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The light bulbs in my room were burned out. I turned on the ceiling fan but I was scared because the ceiling board was moving along with the fan movement. It seemed that it might go off and fall down.

There was a bit of hair around the room. And there was a scent of a dog upon arrival. The former guest must have had one. But I was able to deodorize after a few sprays of perfume and airing out the place.

The location was great, and many things were in walking distance. There was a spa and restaurant within the complex. Which was convenient. It was also very homely and comfortable. The staff were nice, hospitable, and provided breakfast as well.

I absolutely love the location of this place. The staff are all so friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is very nice. The beds are huge. The air conditioner works great,the shower was huge and had plenty of hot water. I will definitely be returning again.

Beautiful property in the heart of Ubud! This homestay is absolutely wonderful. The location is very convenient and steps to shopping, restaurants, markets and other attractions. At the same time the homestay is tucked back on the family property (about 50m from the street) and surrounded by plants and trees- you can’t even hear the nearby street. Our room was very spacious with a king bed, clean bathroom, and private patio/balcony with a wonderful view including a mountain in the distance. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and rented us a scooter each day for a reasonable price. We’d happily return and recommend this stay to others.
